Raja Kumari, ‘Peace’

After plenty of songs that are high-energy and snarling, Indo-American songstress Raja Kumari has a more wholesome take on where she’s at in life with her new single ‘Peace’. She sings over gentle piano melodies and beats, “I got good energy, no drama.” Supplemented with a video that’s shot by long-time collaborator Shawn Thomas, the singer-producer says, “The video was shot between Antelope Valley and Mt Baldy, the beautiful scenic area behind my parent’s home. Solitude had been a huge theme in the beginning of quarantine and as the world opens up, I wanted to encourage people to look within themselves to find true inner peace.”
